Notably, the app excels in determining orthometric height above sea level when EGM96 altitude correction is activated in the settings.
Key features include a modern user interface with a dark theme, tabbed layout, offline recording capabilities, foreground, and background recording functionalities. Users can add annotations while recording, visualize GPS data, and manually adjust altitudes. Automatic altitude correction based on the NGA EGM96 Earth Geoid Model is available for enhanced accuracy.
